About Simone

I am a qualified Child and Adolescent Art Psychotherapist working with young people aged 5 to 18. With a background in fine art, I have first-hand awareness of the healing capacity of art, and was therefore drawn to the MSc in Child Art Psychotherapy offered by University College Dublin. After obtaining my Master’s degree, I went on to engage in advance clinical training in the School of Psychotherapy, St. Vincent’s University Hospital. I have clinical experience working on a CAMHS team, as well as working in private practice and offering psychotherapy within a post-primary school setting.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a Pre-Accredited Member of the Association of Child Art Psychotherapists (ACAP). I work within a child protection framework and abide by the Code of Ethics for both ACAP and BACP.
